Outstanding at inspiring great leadership and bringing the best out in people, Sarah has a very natural gift for coaching and motivating others. Working for over 14 years at the highly acclaimed first direct as part of the successful Learning and Development team, she has also worked directly in the operation as an effective Call Centre Manager. Oodles of knowledge and experience in developing and leading others, and with boundless enthusiasm for improvement, Sarah has since gone on to work with industry giants such as Virgin Media, British Gas, EE, HSBC and Royal Sun Alliance to work her magic. She is most appreciated for her down-to-earth nature, honesty and passion for making a difference.

With over 14 years working with customer service award winners first direct, Sally has covered all areas of the training cycle.  Sally has provided coaching solutions and blended learning of elearning and classroom based materials to award winning highest standards.
